I sent them a second email after my first stock reply telling them that the wrath of MSE and :money: was about to descend on them and they'd better get their act together quick! Also suggest they contact Hoorayfortoys web designers to get a few tips on how to cope with large volumes of traffic without crashing

I let rip at them and told them not to bother sending me their standard email in reply as I have read it over and over already from the others they have frozen funds from. Shame on TOYS R US :cool:

If you check you order confirmation email it should say Standars UK Mainland Delivery 2-4 working days. (That's the 2nd class delivery option - mine were delivered by Royal Mail van)

I did open them and peek and I'm sure they were right, but going to have to go and double check now. Back in a mo! :rotfl:

have just rung them - they say that although it says 2-4 working days - royal mail have up to 15 working delays to deliver them......:eek::eek::eek: am going to see whether they get delivered today. I have an item for someone else on my order so if its going to be that long I need to let them know.
