My daughter really wants a hamster but I refuse to pay over the odds, I'd rather wait till March if needs be. Her 6th birthday is the week before Christmas, so she allways ends up with more toys than she knows what to do with then has to wait 12 monthsDesperately seeking [STRIKE]Mr. Squiggles,[/STRIKE] car and garage, [STRIKE]surf board, ball, funhouse,[/STRIKE] wheel, slide and pet carrier :rotfl::santa2::think: :snow_laug0

That is why there are so many spoilt brats around!!!

Would have to agree there, kids need to learn to accept NO.
My seven year old expressed a desire for a wheel or slide earlier, so I explained 'Out of stock' 'Ebay' and 'RRP' and said that the chances weren't good before x-mas but we should be ok for her birthday. She seemed happy with that.
I can understand why people buy three or four things above RRP, as I wouldn't have liked to have no hamster stuff, but the whole set at more than twice normal price, nuts!0 -

Do you need convincing? I wouldn't be getting out of my nice warm bed, stepping out into the cold wet weather in total darkness at that time of day for a blinking slide. Now take a deep breath and get a grip. :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
