Mail order Express are not renouned for their good customer service - I'm not holding my breath for the ball!

If my ball turns up then i will be looking to pass it on anyway - it will be interesting to see if they take the money or not seeing as the order is cancelled on their system. Nothing actually taken today from bank but the amount is still pending i think. (Spent so much over weekend it is hard to tell now!!!)

Hooray my Blah order of a skateboard has been shipped , also waiting for delivery of my two other hamsters from character today and hoping my house from hooray will be dispatched today........
Looking forward to trying them all out!

Nothing a far as anyone is aware. Also if people sit on the site refreshing constantly they will not list as per last week.

just had a look in my tesco, they had filled the go go hamster shelf with other toys, no label for them or anything! so i went to customer service...the same lady who's there think she's sick of me coming in asking about them, said they havnt stopped selling them they just cannot get them!
i managed to get 2 hammies from there exactly a week ago, so i dont know whats happening at my store because ive read that loads of people have got things from tescos recenty... our area is rubbish!! dont stock them in our local wilkos', asda's and i dont have a TRU or john lewis or any toy shop near my area!! aghhhh!!:mad:

Yes I know what you mean!

Just had chance to call mail order (everyone else in the office has gone to a meeting ) and apparently my order's been picked and is due to be despatched today - will be great if I do get it as it as have all the other hammy bit's I need but as I say not holding breath from past dealings with them!

Let me know if your ball does roll up!

Morning all! Popped into Wilkinson Blackpool after the school run - nothing, no space on the shelf for them and I don't think they've had anything in since my last visit a week ago so give it a miss if you were going to try there

I would have to email that radio station if I'd heard that - challenge them to get an RRP hamster within an hour!!
