Back from school run (and I pratically ran....lol) but I see nothing has changed....

We actually have a real, live hamster named Lola (along with about £50 of robostack housing)....her sister Charlie died about a month a go and that was horrible for my dd but we did the whole hamster funeral thing in the garden. Lola is a Roborvsky hamster so she is really tiny and she is currently very lonely....poor thing. Wonder if a Mr. Squiggles would cheer her up?

Ok - SO spoke to Mail Order Express today - apparently their system had an error on Friday so some orders that were cancelled may well end up getting the item anyway. I told her it was clear their company had no idea what it was doing as i placed an order Friday only to be told there was no stock - then when i queried that i was told the item would be despatched. However over the weekend I have not received a despatch email like many others but my money is still pending on their account. AND i also sent a cancellation email on Saturday!!!! She informs me I may well get my ball and if i do she will arrange collection and give me a full refund......I am due to ring her tomorrow morning at 9am unless the ball arrives today which she has said it may well do!!!

Christ knows what i will receive if anything at all.

Nuttygal - there is a small hope you may well still get your ball anyway!!

They really did not have any idea! They had the idea that the public were only turning up to queue because there was a chance they would be televised and were after the publicity They just felt they should just stay at home and order them online without any fuss LOL

Morning, goodness over 13000 posts! and I've only been away since Friday! I've packed Chunk and Pipsqueak in my case, now I'm hoping they get all the way to australia safely!! I don't want them going walkabouts! any sniffs of a bed? hehe

Morning all, My mum just rang to say she got Mr Squiggles last night not resalising that I have one!. So I have a spare Mr Squiggles, but i am desperate to get an accessory, I have two hamsters (which is enough) and the house, so any extra accessory would do, does any one have an extra and want mr squiggles, maybe we could trade, please pm me if interested.

Seating on character and tru and ytc! just waiting game now!

I ordered mine at around the same time as you on Friday (looking back over the posts) and have had the confirmation email but nothing more since then

Was going to give them a call this morning but at work so bit tricky!

Mail order Express are not renouned for their good customer service - I'm not holding my breath for the ball!
