You'll need to contact Hooray directly about this, they're the only ones who can guarantee they won't cancel the order.

It would be better if you set the account all up in her name & address and use her card to pay - you'd have no problems with the '1 per household' rule then

yes i agree but she's a bit unsure about having her details online etc, she's not into buying online and much prefers to buy from instores, but i told her she will have no chance...but ive been buying her things using my card until now, so she's happy doing it this way, but with this 1 per household thing, its caused a problem, but she's hapy to have an ac!!!! with them but for me to pay with my card
