Hi all

Have been having difficulties resetting my password and have been wanting to reply throughout this thread! Just wanted to say that you are all fantastic and I have enjoyed reading the debates and updates on the thread. I myself am just chasing a hamster for my 4 year old, although my 12 year old has noticed my constant online stock checking and has said this morning she wants one!! Tough, I haven't been able to get one yet as Ayrshire seems to be drained of all sources of hammies. If anyone knows where stock is in ayrshire of hammie's that would be great. I have tried tesco during the night to no avail.

I do believe that argos are expecting stock mid december as advised by the store manager but that seems to contradict info given to others. I will keep my eyes open for cars as have noticed this mentioned alot ( I know, the ball too!) for others (not wanting one myself, just the hamster, no point in having anything else without one LOL)

Hopefully come december the stocks will be flowing so that all our little kiddie winks have a lovely crimbo.

By the way the argos stock info was relating to hammies,the house and the car. Hope this helps.

I have also had problems re-setting my password, nightmare. I spoke to John Lewis today and they said that they are getting deliveries on 1st December, but they were unsure of the time, so these may be listed on 2nd December. I am trying to get a hamster and can't find one anywhere

still searching for a house, I didn't realise when I brought 2 cars for my daughters that they don't work without the house, all ready for Hooray tonight

OK just arrived home after a weekend away - what's been happening - started to read back - but there is soooooooooooooooooo much - did something kick off? Seems a few have disappeared? Hope lots of you have been lucky with your hammy searches - As I said before I went away, just have a hammy (on his way) and a house and going to wait until Christmas to get anything else - unless it comes my way RRP. Was in a Tesco's whilst away and saw ON THE SHELF (!!! couldn't believe it!) a ball, car and surf board - just as I nearly shuffled them all in my basket - I noticed Tesco had hiked up the price of each to £19.97 - and I left them where they were - much as it pained me - I think it's rather cheeky of them!!! x

:eek: NO!! I dint know this I got car but no house wont it work at all???

hi the car i believe does work on it own without the house or so i think as the car is attached to a garage so if you lined the hamster up and pointed hi min the right direction he should scurry into thr garage and get into the car , course i might be wrong

well I assumed as the car is an addon, it won't work.. I could be wrong, I hope I am wrong

Its important not to forget that there are several online sources for go go stock which could still list things intermittently, including the main one www.character-online.co.uk which hopefully will be listing some items again next week. So all I'm saying is don't get too focussed on one particular site and take your eyes off the ball (excuse the pun) on the other potential sources as you may find they list something and you lose out.

Also terminology, I think some people are getting confused by what constitutes as an accessory so one is saying accessories in stock, another is looking and can't find them. Just to clarify for those that don't know:

'Accessories' are the beds and carriers.
'Add ons' are the wheel, slide and car.
'Playsets' are the surfboard, skateboard and ball.

are you sure i dont have a car but have a house i just thought that the garage was open ended and so if you placed the hamster at the start of the garage the hamster would crawl through and pop out the other side int the car?
