I have complained to Blah too. Am fuming. If they'd oversold I would understand but they obviously never even had stock and have taken our personal details with nothing in return. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

That's what annoys me - to take all our bank details for nothing - do they really think we will trust them again. I think not.

  • went to TRU in Brighton this morning was just in time to get a bed and a Hamster. Happy with the hamster for about 10 minutes as when I pushed his nose nothing happened. The CS put in new batteries but stil nothing. So finally got a hamster and that it turns out Faulty. No spare stock to give me a new one so they are going to get me one from tomorrows stock. Does mean I have to go back to brighton in the morning again. They had 48 Hamsters some houses and beds in stock gone within 10 minutes

    where is that for?!

Well obviously I haven't said cos they are loading the houses onto the website now and if you all go on it, and start a mad F5 refresh, then the website will not be able to load the stock...

If you are looking for a house (singular), then there will be a listing of stock tonight. Houses ONLY. I'll post the info as soon as I get the go ahead...but would ask that people don't dive onto the site if they are NOT wanting a house as the retailer is wanting to reduce the risk of their site crashing - which doesn't help anyone. There will not be any other items listed apart from houses...watch this space...

I promise not to go to the site. I have my house but good luck to all who do go there. I will be interested to see which site it was though.

I'm getting a bit confused about MailOrderExpress; I placed an order for a ball & surfboard at 13:35; I got two confirmation emails but no dispacted emails - does that mean that more than likely my order will be cancelled because they oversold? I did email them but haven't had a reply yet.

I really don't know. I got a confirmation order at 1.25 and then an acknowledgement that it was being processed at 1.49.

John Lewis had the beds/carriers on Tuesday morning I think it was about 8.10am.

Agreed, but that is unlikely to have been a new delivery.. more like residual items found in a stockcheck.

Big delivery was weeks ago. I really doubt that there is any stock about for RRP.
  • Oooo, I really want a house for my kiddies...thanks Maxi. xxx
