i was in exeter rach at 7 there was only about 30 people at 9 am wasnt very busy at all i have also rung them 2night and they have told me just hamsters 2morrow and nothing else

I have only recieved an email about cancellation of my surfboard not the skateboard yet. I donne them in 2 seperate orders, fingers crossed they don't cancel that too

Just cancelled my order from Mail Order Express, ordered 2 balls, got confirmation emails and everything, now just had dispatch email for 2 surfboads!!

Rang and they said sorry their mistake and all the balls have gone now, Arrrgh:mad:

Tonight you clearly listed the above item as being in stock. Many people ordered from you only to be told the following 5 minutes later:

I'm afraid we've been trying to get hold of Go Go Pets Hamster Playset - Surfboard and Sleep Dome (Catalog Number:CHA86640C) for some time now, but unfortunately we have now learnt that our suppliers have withdrawn this item from sale.

I'm very sorry that we will not be able to fulfil your order for this item but we are certain that we will not be able to get any more of it. We have now removed it from our site.

As we cannot get this item, we have removed it from your order. If you had other items on this order they will not have been affected and will still be sent to you as normal.

I think that it is rather cruel to think you have an order but then get it cancelled. If the item is not available it should immediately come up that you cannot place an order.

These are not little guys they are big retailers who should have the technology in place on their websites to avoid this.
