Cost of this Hamster Hunt (inc postage):
    2 x Num Nums - £36.70, 1 x Chunk £13.50, 1 x Chunk £15.50, Slide £26.89, House £25.94, Car £14.99, Ball £9.99, Surfboard £9.99, Skateboard £9.99, Wheel £24.19 TOTAL:£187.68

A big thanks to you MSE'ers - especially Maximouse :A

Patches looks a bit like the cheap £4.99 ish hamster you get with the pink ball - my daughter's just seen it so thinks she already has a go go hamster and the ball! If only life was that easy!
:j Proud owner of 2 hamsters (Num Nums and Mr Sqiggles) - house, slide, wheel, surfboard, car, skateboard, 2 beds and 2 blankets! And the ball!!! Thank you TRU - fingers crossed! :j
  • So where do we think the best bet is to get stock tomorrow, online that is as I can't get to any shops?

I am tempted to buy a pink carrier off ebay for £12.50. Should I or shouldn't I?? That's the last thing I'm really after. Or do I hope I'll get one RRP and risk them going up to stupid prices nearer x-mas? Help......

Feline, as well as John Lewis or others later tonight, I'm pretty certain that way way back in the posts I remember someone saying that beds and carriers would be arriving in the country the week before christmas - I'm going to wait and see, unless someone tells me I've made a mistake.

Ha ha, I' don't know yet as haven't caught up on posts yet - been sorting out kids for past 5 hours

Though still the best top tip I got off here is to go to your 24 hour Asda nice and early, that's how I got my little furry ones.

Yes, last I heard character was expecting a delivery of beds and carriers around 14 December (was originally the 18th).
