thanks you just prompted me to check my normal email and i have had my tracking ref sent from the character order yesterday!!

I checked for mine earlier on m account but there's nothing! I dont even want to consider that it didnt go through correctly :rolleyes:

Maybe they are concentrating on getting previous orders out before listin anything else ive told m sister to forget the ball for now unless either of us spot one. i cant sit here pressing f5 untill 22nd dec lol

I havent been looking at this thread regularly today so apologies if this is already stated bt Toy Barnhaus in Crwley have limited items (although no Hamsters) on the shelves. They kept their stock to forfill pre orders so only a small amount has hit the shelves - Hope this is useful information to someone?? x

I am really confused, tried to place an order for a house yesterday with character, but website crashed just after I put in payment details, and no confirmation so assumed I hadn't got them? Have just had an email saying that they have been despatched? Not quite sure what I will end up with?
