Oh no Rachel thats awful...some little oik decided that it would be really great fun to walk over mycar a few weeks ago...nice dent, broken window...totally pointless!
As for you old iron balls agree with all the above...havent you seen that afvert with the pizza...stuff the fine...next time you think of not wearing one imagine how much it will cost you (financially & health wise) if you have a car accident & are in hospital for months...
