How can anyone feel angry when they are looking at your avatar :)
  • Take it like a man, what's dones done, get over it and remember to tell yourself you won't do that again. Sounds like you need a massage to get rid of the stress. The local Colleges do them and it's dirt cheap:T

Again its not the fine but the fact you did not have a seatbelt on. Think of the fine as the best outcome.

Everyday i see people who aren't wearing seatbelts and i wonder why. What really annoys me is when you see parents without them on, or kids who have not been belted up. As a parent myself i just can not understand how another parent could think so little of their childrens safety.

    small lecture over LOL.

From 1st Hand experience, I know seatbelts save lives. It saved mine and my friends lives, when a monster 4x4 not us head on ata aclosing speed of about 100-120 mph!!!

I NEVER drive anywhere if people in my vehicle DO NOT have a seatbelt on!!

    Just my 2 cents worth!!

    I'm even more stupid!
Last night before bed I hid my work laptop in the back of my car as I had planned to go to work this morning really early (5.30am) to get a headstart on what is our companies' busiest week of the year (and I always forget totake te bloody thimg with me) and at 2.30am was woken by the sound of car alarms. Mine and 2 others in the street had been broken into, windows smashed and anything of value taken. No more laptop! 60 quid insurance bill to have window replaced too!
Work have been brilliant saying that it's not the end of the world and that I can have a new one in the next few days and they'll claim it on their insurance.
Needless to say I'm wet (it's belting down and have been clearing up glass for the last hour), fed up and now 60 quid worse off!!

Won't do that again in a hurry!
