broken - faulty hot diamonds ring

hi, just wondering if anyone has any advice for me?
I bought a Hot Diamonds ring approx 18 mths ago, it was set with a singke diamond, but a few weeks ago the stone has fallen out..
I cannot find the receipt anywhere, think I must have thrown it by now. I have looked on the website & they say their jewellery is guarenteed for 2 yrs but obviously I have no proof of purchase & can't even remember where i bought it from!
I emailed them but am still awaiting a response, is there anything I can do? I love this ring & would just like to get it fixed/new one, as cheaply as possible! can't remember how much it cost me but is still on the website for £125..
thank you!

Would the transaction be on a bank statement? If so that will suffice.3.78 kWp PV SolarEdge with iBoost South facing.

I think it probably was, but over the past 6 months I've cancelled all the cards I no longer use & think it was probably one of those as i always used them for larger purchases!
I don't really want my money back, preferably a way to fix it/ get a new one..
I realise there's not much I can do, just thought I'd give it a shot though!0 -
Can't you get a copy of the card statement from the bank? It might cost you maximum of a tenner (SARS) but well worth it IMO.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
