Amazon goods not here need customer service e-mail address

I ordered some Lightscribe CD's a week ago and delivery was due 14th but as of today still nothing. have tried logging into the contact us to ask where the goods are but it just will not log in. I can log into my account and says items were sent Friday. Does anyone have an E-mail address for amazon customer service please as always like to have complaints in written word so have some proof.

Amazon's delivery dates are usually an estimate, so I wouldn't be too worried given it's only a day 'late' & as geordieracer says, there are RM strikes going on

I'd hang on a bit before complaining or enquiring, your goods will probably show up in the next couple of days

from the 'where's my stuff' link on the Amazon site ...

'Please wait three days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us about a missing order. You can find your estimated delivery date in Your Account
During that time, we recommend that you ask you local postal sorting office if they've already tried to deliver it and ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them.
You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct. Click the "View Order" button next to the order to view the delivery address.
If your order hasn't arrived three days after the estimated delivery date, please e-mail us and we'll do our best to locate it'
  • I had paid extra to have it delivered faster. so a week on and still nothing was not worth paying the extra. so as it has taken longer than the time advertised I should be letting them know. although the way amazon hide themselves as far as no contact details for customer service I will not use them again.

The customer service link at the bottom of Amazon gives the option to email them or phone them about an order and seems to work OK for me.
