Boots staff double discount days 2009

does anyone know what this thursdays offer of the week will be? thanks

I think it is an Elle MacPherson set for the next offer of the week, not sure which one it is though. I was under the impression that both discounts were doubled not just the 22.5% one. If not then that is a bit rubbish as, with the exception of no7, there isn't anything else boots do that is really any good. Anyone able to confirm that the 12.5% doesn't double?
Also can't get double to work online either.

yes the 12.5 does double to 25% - did with my stuff today anyway

Was that on line or in store? I got double on both in store today. I mentioned to the SA that it wasn't giving double on line and she said it did for her, but I'm sure she said it was if you collected your goods from a store. Not sure how that works though, as everytime I put something in my basket this morning I was only getting normal discount,unless it changes when you put your choice in, so I opted to go to a store. I didn't want to chance it.

Have been to my local boots tonights and can confirm that its double discount on all items.. boots and other brands.

I've stocked up and bought xmas pressies galore. Got loads of P&P. The total of my spend came to £390 and I paid £170!! On top of that I got another £5 No.7 voucher and £16 of Advantage points :j:j:j

I'm going back Thursday for round 2!! :T

Do you mean you get 22.5% discount for this as when I added a Ruby & Millie product on line to try it, it only gave 12.5% off

I've cut and pasted from an email sent out by boots. It suggests that DD is not available online - It was last year!!

The event will run in all Boots stores and is available to all employees working for Alliance Boots in the UK (and 2nd users) who hold a discount card. All users will be entitled to double discount on all eligible purchases. Please note that double discount is not available online, however you can order in almost any store, this means you'll be able to get all your Christmas shopping in more stores than ever this year.'

I asked in store today and the SA told me it was Tues and Wed. I nearly had a hernia today trying to get the rest of my shopping home:D
