new computer setting up email

hi
just got a new computer, this running vista, my old one was on xp and had outlook express for email.
have office 2007 on computer so microsoft outlook can be used, but also there is windows mail?
1. which is the best to use or can you use both
2. can you help me set up each or the better account.
and can you transfer my email left in drafts,and email addresses from outlook express from my old computer etc.

    take a chill pill matey,
    i was asking a question regarding which email client and the differences and wether you could use both.
    any past posts have been read and perhaps not been of use to my current question.

    Why would you want to use to desktop based mail clients at the same time?

    Outlook is infinitely more powerful than Windows Mail, as it's a commercial, not free product.

    Use the file transfer wizard to move everything across, or setup the accounts from scratch.
  • One thing to check before you commit to Outlook is to make sure it's part of the complete package and not a 60 day trial version like what a large amount of OEMs preinstall.
