not all cars have `high level` brake lights...
besides i dont think its worth the risk of getting pulled up, if you dont get done for the light, the police will prolly find something else to do you for....

how do you know the OP smokes?
I really don't think the police will bother with all the paperwork unless the vehicle poses a realistic danger.0
