Possible to unblock just one overseas bidder?

Morning everyone!
I don't post overseas from my eBay auctions so I have it blocked on the list of buyer requirements. I have been contacted from Australia, and the buyer tells me they have a UK address for shipment. I have explained that Paypal payment MUST have that UK address in the shipping details, but I can't find anywhere on eBay to unblock that One bidder. Would I have to open it to all overseas bidders, or can I just let this one in?

Can you not temporarily add Australia as a country you ship to on your requirements, then reblock it when they have bought the item? I did something similar this morning, but the buyer was online and I rarely sell anyway.0

Yes you can add just one person to an accepted list I did it myself a short while ago but had to get help from someone on here to get a link where you could do it.
