Logging in problem

Recently found it impossible to log into MSE (and all vBulletin powered Forums). Entered username and password, got the 'Thankyou for logging in...' screen but log-in was not activated. In the end I contacted vBulletin who power the Chat Forum and they said to remember to tick the 'remember me' box, which I never did before. Apparently this used to be done by default as soon as username was entered but now it has to be ticked MANUALLY.

    Yeah, I've been told this today when I enquired about being logged out every few minutes...
