I would like to find out this information too .I want to be a good saver, but I find it difficult to control my temptation to spend .
I owe £1,247 more than I have in savings .

I'd say marbles, and here's why:
http://www.marbles.com/html/apply2.html
Benefits:
0% for 6% [but not on purchases]
0.5% cashback [annual to February - no min amount]
No annual fee*
And very good online account [IMO] - but prompt paper statements also.
*Put that there because I think existing customers are still subject to the £10 'no use' fee twice a year, whereas I see no mention of this for 'new'.....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0
