Hi all,
just wondered if someone can offer some guidance re offer.
We remortgaged in October 2007(interest only) and £10,732 was frontloaded for PPI, interest charged 7.09%
We have today received an offer for £12,272.56 calculated to 09/11/09, does this seem to be the correct amount due? (£1540.56 interest)
The problem we have is that I don't want to appear greedy as they are currently looking into the mis-selling of the mortgage, they have split complaint into2 and it has taken from June 09 to get this result. They hope to write to me again soon re mortgage mis-selling, should I give them more time or go to the FOS.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Caroline
