MSN problem

I hope someone can help me please. My daughter uses MSN. Up until a few weeks ago she could access her 'spaces' which I understand to be a photo album. The page loads then ends with an error message saying 'it does not support this' It's strange because it worked fine before.

  • Hi,

    Doen some digging for you.

Are you both running version 7.5 of MEssenger?

If so try - uninstalling it, clearing your cach and cookies.

    Then re-install it.

If that does not work or you are on another version, I suggest you you move to the Windows Messenger Live Beta version.

Let me knwo how you get on....
