What bluetooth headset for dell inspiron laptop

I do alot of talking via msn and Yim at the moment i just have a normal headset but i have tried reading and looking but it doesnt or isnt very clear on where i have been looking as to which is compatable. Can anybody help and point me in the right direction? plsss

if the laptop is bluetooth compatible then any blutooth headset will be fine
otherwise you need to buy a usb blutooth dongle then any bluetooth headset0
