I've bought a new redrow property in birmingham that is ready for me to move into straight away. I intend to not get a mortgage. Do I therefore need to get a solicitor to complete the deal? or can I pay the money, check and sign the paperwork to get the keys? If I need a solicitor, does anyone know of any cheap solicitors in birmingham?
