I think that they should definitely repair the coffee machine for free aswell a collecting it and redelivering it at no charge. They should also give you three members of staff working over a 24 hr period to make you a coffee whenever you feel like it.

You forgot to mention the free coffee, water, milk and sugar they should also get, for their "inconvenience"
