My toolbars keep moving around. :(

I have various toolbars (Yahoo and Google as well as the usual Windows one) set up so that they take up the minimum amount of space. I unlocked the toolbars, rearranged them and relocked the tool bar BUT they keep putting themselves back in the wrong places.
Right now they're in the right place in this window but if I open another window they may or may not be in the right place
Sometimes they vanish completely and I have to go and tick them in the View menu.
I'm getting annoyed with it now  Any ideas?

Try:
Open only one Explorer window,
move the toolbars where you want them,
lock them and close the window
see if that helps
Another possibility is spyware  or the remanants of old spyware - They often mess around with positions to make sure their toolbar is where they want it to be.0 -
Juust a thought but why do you need yahoo and google toolbar?
Most people I know never actually use them anyway they either turn them off or uninstall them0 -
