Help re Getting a Virgin Card

I used to have a Virgin card which was paid off about 2/3 years ago and then never used. In June i got a letter from them saying they were cancelling the card on 14th July as it hadn't been used for over 2 years.
I will be needing to get a 0% interest card for a long as possible come March and Virgin looks the best. Do you think they will allow me to open another one in March?

Yes, they will. And if not them, any of a number of other brands that provide MBNA-based cards with similar properties.0
