What is Talktalk's landline package like?

I am looking to transfer my calls and line rental from Sky Plus to Talktalk anytime, as they include 0845 calls, which I am spending a fortune on calling from Sky Talk (and these are mainly numbers that don't have a geographic alternative).

I did also look at BT, however they don't include the international calls free, like Sky and TT do.

Looking at reviews on the net, I don't intend to take TT Broadband, especially not for a minimum 18 months.

Does anyone have TT line rental/calls, and if so, is it reliable - and what's customer service like for calls only?

Any opinions on this will be appreciated

Ive got a TT line and TBH ive had no problems with it. Been a couple times the line has went down but that could be due to the railway works up the road. Never been down for more than a few minutes though.

There customer service is cack tho. Different advice depending on who you get. And there atrocious for cold calling customers!! Very rude about it too.

I've already experienced the cold calling, just by entering my phone number on their availability checker!
The customer service - are you referring to the broadband or phone CS?
