You registered well before the annual audit, in that case, and your electoral status should be showing on credit files.May be the reason why my details have not been updated then. Mind you i registered in July
Your electoral status is not the only item missing though, is it? (I read your other thread.) It sounds as though some updates have not found their way onto your credit files and I suspect it's the format of your address that's the problem. 'Hope you get this sorted soon.

Yes i believe you are indeed correct
Experian only knew of my address change when i tried to update my report and it wouldn't work and then i phoned them.
Have ordered Equifax and CallCredit reports to see what they say
Think i will write to all three with a copy of the exact wording from the electoral roll which i received earlier
Something so simple seems to be taking forever to do :rolleyes:0
