Isa question

Hi all
I am probably a bit hard of understanding, and also short of time, but I have had a quick look through the site and I cannot find the answer to my query
.
I have 3 old Isa's totalling about £15,000 with A & L that I have just realised are receiving a rubbish rate of interest.
Can I transfer all 3 of these to a new provider on a fixed rate and then use this years allowance to open another account elsewhere?
Also if anyone has any better suggestions I am all ears as I am pretty clueless

Yes you can do exactly that, assuming you haven't put any money into an ISA since April 6th this year?0

That was quick, thank you.
Now the fun starts, which one too choose.0 -
You can if you wish transfer the ISA's to 2 or 3 different providers0

A good starting point for your research is this post - scroll down to find those variable & fixed rate ISAs that accept transfers.Happycamper wrote: »Now the fun starts, which one too choose.0
