RBS PPI Help

Hi there,
I have recently had to call my local rbs branch to ask them to give me account numbers of two loans i got from them. One in 2006 and the other in 2007. These loans were both paid back early. But i believe i was mis-sold PPI on them both. Now eventually the bank said they would have to search their records for the account numbers, they phoned me back a few days later saying they had the info and they would send it out. Now i just recieved the letter and it contains both loan agreements but both do not have the account numbers on them. One has no number on it at all and the other only has a application reference on it. Can i use that. I was thinking would i be better copy the loan agreements and send them along with the first letter? Can someone please help. Thanks in advance.

You can still complain by sending photo copies attached to the letter of both loans you are complaining about.
The reclaiming guide is here and has the template letter on it. Best using the template as a guide really and try and adapt one to your own reasons for misselling.

Send the letter by recorded delivery and you then give the firm 8 weeks for a full and final response.

As Marshallka says, that should be fine. I didn't even quote numbers on my husband's or my claims to RBS and they have found all related loans and have refunded payments made. These date back to 2003, settled 2004 and then more recently ie 2006, also later refinanced.
Good luck!0
