Transfer cash from credit card to bank account

Does anyone know if there are any credit cards out there that will do a cash transfer to a bank account, ive done it in the past but not sure who with :j

All the above have 2.98-4% fees (to get at the 0% cash) for 12-16 months.

Egg Money will transfer a positive balance (created by a BT of ficticious debt to another 0% BT card, for which a fee would normally be payable) to your bank account fee-free.

M&S Sterling travellers cheques will get you 0% cash for 10 months for a 1% fee.
