    Can I join in - more positive news. Wahey - Landlady has agreed to our offer on new place - we can get keys in 10 days time - oh my goodness and we then have 2 weeks to get everything moved to get out of this place. Can everyone keep their fingers crossed that the credit referencing goes through for us please? it should do but fingers crossed would be welcome.
    Anyway - 10 days to pack - :eek::eek: - o.k there's a lot to do.
