True, tes, but I'm not going to beat myself up over a couple of quid a week. I've already given up buses to work, shop-bought lunches, fancy brands at the supermarket, smoking and buying a book a week! It's my weekly dose of insanity and I'm sticking with it!
Well you have to have something I suppose. What youre buying is more than a lottery ticket, its a little bit of hope every week, so I can understand it because at times ive done the same myself.

Lynz......well done you on beating your coke habit! Bet you've never heard that one before

I think some people are just born with good luck when it comes to winning money...I ain't one of 'em unfortunately but occasionally I buy a ticket and allow myself to daydream......

And you're wise to say that'll be your one bet ever.

I Love Finland and especially Finnish rock, been quite a passion of mine for a few years now and i was supporting Lordi all the way but didn't think of putting a bet on them winning, really wish i had thought about it.

But now the problem is this, it means the competition will be held in my favourite city, Helsinki, next year and i know, with the debt i have, i should not even be considering a holiday, but i have to go.

So now i will be spending the next few months trying to sort out as cheap a way as possible to go next May.

Maybe you could join Kev's band and go for free?

Nah its a one-off. Never been done before on eurovision so it had a novelty value i reckon but now it has it'll be back to tradition-catchy tune or slushy ballad.
