Hi Bee Everyone is trying to give you positive support and guidance, remember the old saying 'this too will pass it is how you choose to deal with it that really matters!" The mere fact that you have written "looking back on this in six months" is a positive and hopeful sign!
Get help with your depression there are alot of people out there suffering financially now 'we all cant be MP's taking the mick out of the taxpayer' (I am not a MP) so do dont feel like this is only happening to you. Like the others have said look at this as an opportunity to try something new! Where one door shuts the other one opens! Now all you need is to get motivated and look at this situation in a positive light and focus on what you have and would like to acheive.
