What would you do?

Hi,

Just a little advice please.

I put a 'ONE DAY' auction on for a set of 4 family tickets(not vouchers)
for a theme park. Time is running out on them, park closes early November 09.

They sold for a bargain price (I'm kicking myself for not putting it on for a few days longer, lol)

It's been 7 days now and the buyer hasn't paid or contacted me.
I have sent a polite little note and a reminder.
Today I wrote again and this time said if I didn't get a response from them I would file a dispute and re-list.
Received an abrupt email within minutes saying they would pay at the end of the week.
This takes me into 10 days or more, IF they pay.....

My feathers are ruffled,

Can I relist or do I just bite my lip and sit tight?

    I'd relist.

If they were online to email you back, then it would only take a few minutes to pay!

I would relist, If you were running a shop you wouldnt expect someone to come in buy something and say I'll pay in 10 days time.!

If you open a NPB dispute or if the buyer pays you could end up with 2 paying customers and 1 item. Technically you should open a NPB dispute then if no response relist after a further 7 days. Due to the short time scale you may just have to take the risk. But you could be risking negative feedback from someone

I guess I've waited this long so will hang tight as don't want to ruin my 100%
    glowing feedback! Very frustrating though........
    Thanks again x
