I think i may have done something on my new computer so the speakers are not working(they were working fine on new computer )
Is there anywhere i can go to so i can check if i have altered settings or someting ?

    Have you tried the volume control down bottom right of taskbar next to your clock? double click it and see if the volume is turned down.

    try using Windows Restore to go back to an earlier restore point
