Hi
I sold a spare ticket tonight for a gig on Monday as a buy it now auction. It sold within an hour and I got a message from the buyer through ebay saying the postcode may be wrong and to go with the post office checker post code. The address on paypal is confirmed with one postcode but when I checked on the royal mail postcode checker it shows a different postcode. I need to post the ticket special delivery tomorrow. What postcode do I use? I take it for seller protection I need to use the confirmed address and postcode

I'd use the postcode that RM postcode finder shows you as linked to the buyer's street and house number. And when you send something special delivery don't they check ("validate"?) the address the parcel's going to? Not sure but something rigns a bell.0

The post office should check that the postcode is correct. They will change it if its not.0
