Has anyone appealed a ticket under Cont 23- parking in an area not designed for that class of vehicle?
It was after 6pm and i assumed it didnt apply after that time?
I am willing to pay it but just wanted to double check?
p.s please dont shout if im wrong(which I'm 98% sure that i am just raging)

The usual advice would be firstly - before paying it! - to please post scans/pics of:
The PCN (front & back scans with your details blanked out)
The bay lines and signs where you parked (photos or Google Street View)
Also useful for people to know which Council issued this please?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So this was in Belfast and you were parked in the bay that says 'COACHES'?
What did the signs say, can you get a picture of the signs?
Can you scan in the PCN, front & back (including all the blurb). Hopefully someone will then be along who may be able to advise further.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Clearly marked coach bay, With sign, Presume not much you can do about that.
Parking signs seem a bit vague, ticket zone 2 hours parking?
To me that would imply it was free for 2 hours if you overstay your likely to get a ticket.
I had to search the street on that map for the machines. Wonder what the regulations are as to the distance from a parking machine.
The 1st part of that street by durham house/College gate seems to have no machine unless you go further down and cross over the road.0
