I have been an avid follower of this site for around a year but didn't sign up until today as i was disheartened to find this competition and it seems alot of hopeful people.
This is a MONEY SAVING SITE! This couple are in an astronomical amount of debt (fair enough, some of us are) but they are trying to attract vulnerable people to their site with promises of a huge prize when, for starters, they don't even own the house. It says so on the site!! It is mortgaged. Legally, they cannot give this house away!
I have had unpleasant dealings with this couple, legally and can tell you that they have not sought legal advice on this.
What should set alarm bells ringing is that there are NO pictures of inside the home. They don't live there. I have numerous friends that can confirm this and it is in a poor state of repair.
They have quite a few failed businesses behind them and they become harrassing and demanding, making foul claims when challenged so even if someone were to win this (highly doubtful as they do not own the house yet and are in major arrears with the mortgage company) they would be an absolute fool to take it and would incurr alot of debt themselves trying to make it happen.
I feel the need to warn everyone about this couple as, again, i have had unpleasant dealings with them. (I'm certainly not the only one. Google them)
I will update this and provide proof of foul play within a Month.
Feel free to carry on with this comp but i can guarantee, it is just a scam to get advertisers to pay off their personal debts.0 -
