Question re ryan air

Hi ppl hope you can help me ? I have been trying to book a flight tonight via ryan air but can't get passed the insurance bit! iv'e clicked on no insurance required and yes i am a member of the eu, every time i click on next after ive filled the pg out it takes me back to the top of the page and the insurance thingy is now unable to be changed????? unless i click on im not a member of the eu!
I DON'T WANT THEIR DAM INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!
anyone can help me on this before the flight goes up?

Have you filled your name in at the top and selected the number of "checked in bags" ie choose 0, 1 or 2

yep done all that! have now booked it via phoning my ma!
was still unable to book it very odd!
