Some very good advice on getting rid of what sounds like a cowboy company.
If they can't get work by doing things without being underhand and sneaky then I would question the quality of their products!
In future, try going through a local magazine for a small joinery business - they can usually supply kitchens from Howdens or Magnet Trade (or many other trade kitchen places) - it will cost a fraction of the price and because they are local, you are less likely to get ripped off. You dont generally have to pay in full upfront either - possibly a deposit, but you shouldnt have to pay the whole lot like MFI or B&Q etc.
Also ask friends or neighbours for recommendations.0 -
Please send a copy of the letter recorded delivery and keep the slip: you may need it as proof you cancelled. Sound like a shady outfit indeed.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

The company is DM Designs - they tried to tell us they were a "famous" company, but I am not sure of that!0
