    Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

    No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

    A PCP?

    I have a PCP for a Jaguar. You pay a deposit, then monthly payments for a fixed number of months. At the end you can hand the car back to the finance company and pay nothing, trade it for another car or pay the balloon payment and keep the car.

    Your contract is with the finance company, not the dealership. My Jaguar PCP is with the same company (Bank of Scotland). Give them a call and they will sort it out for you.
