Self-employed - which cc company should I try?

Hello there

I am part-time self employed and earn around £4500 per annum. I would like to apply for a credit card but I am not sure if I will be accepted since I am self-employed. I have been self-employed for 2 and a half years. I have an overdraft facility and a clothes mail order company account. Other than that I last had a credit card about 3 and a half years ago and paid it up and shut it. Can anyone recommend what would be the best plan for me in my situation? I have additional income from tax credits and child benefit - don't know if that would count towards applying.

Thanks in advance for any advice anyone can offer.
