  • They used to be great but recently all I've had is 'extended' or 'claim pending', most annoying was my car insurance through HSBC for a £40 cashback from back in June I think, also 2 bookings with laterooms.com and also Travelodge, neither paid out (extended).

    Think I'll be looking into joining another cashback site.

  • getting fed up with this, yet another two cashbacks 'extended' today. For netflights and BAA parking. I'm not using Cashbackkings again.

  • Insurance companies are not to blame. I claimed one set through Quidco and one through cashback kings.

    Quidco have paid up Cashback Kings have not even though the insurance company have paid them both.

  • I have been in 'processing' mode for £10.60 with Cashback Kings since 31st Oct 2009, have sent four emails, no reply to any so losing faith in CBK's, shame as they were always quite reliable, must be experiencing difficulties avoid at all costs as my monies has actually been paid to them they just dont want to pay it to me :-/
  • I am getting "webpage not found" Hope they are just updating the site or something, but a reassuring message would have been nice !

    I have £200+ on my CBK account which I waited a very long time for and when I wanted to redeem via PayPal they suspended my account and are requesting for my bank details as ID. I'm not comfortable giving them my bank details which I have told them but they insist that it is procedure to provide bank details to verify my ID. What advice can anyone give me? Sorry I'm new to this forum so was not sure where to post my query. Thanks.

    used CASHBACK site in may.Took out home insurance with Hastings insurance
    never received cashback despite many calls to Hastings who say nothing to do with them Also contacted cashback -they have been looking into it for 3 months

    any ideas what to do next

    should this forum still be directing individuals to CASHBACK who themselves stiil have deals with Hastings
