I have done pretty well out of CBK in the past, but they have gone dramatically downhill in the last year or so. There was the M&S life insurance debacle which ran and ran (not paying out to many people and not answering queries or questions in the forum in a straightforward manner) and gradually the amount of cashback became less (and then much less) than 100%. Queries not answered, high staff turnover clearly visible in the forums, HCP taking forever to be processed, no interest in new merchants etc. etc. The final straw for me was having a £15 cashback transaction that was awarded and paid out over 18 months ago suddenly "rejected" and having £15 deducted without notice or consent from my pending transactions. How anyone can trust a cashback website that feels it can deduct ancient transactions from it's members' balances AT WILL is beyond me. I was running down my use of the site anyway, but have now stopped all new activity and am just withdrawing everything I can as soon as I can before they renege on any more apparently "awarded" and "paid out" transactions.

Topcashback is brill and are now the main focus of my custom.

£83 has disappeared from my balance this morning. They are totally unreliable and untrustworthy.

They have paid a payment run twice in error.. on thursday last week I received the week befores redemption again..as well as that weeks redemption lol so if you had a redemption that week you will have received it twice therefore they will offset that payment against future cashback.. hth

I have used CBK for well over a year, and found them excellent...however, I have also noted that TOPCASHBACK pay much more now, whereas last year they never got close.

Example:-VODAFONE Cashback for a 18/24 month contract of £30 or more a month

CBK = £90 TOPCASHBACK = £120 + 1% CHRISTMAS BONUS TOP UP

Thats massive.

Finally I also noted the Forum has disappeared...that could be a bad sign I think..I hope not..cos I still have some significant cashback to come:eek:

Got 5 claims of 6 months or older, with only automated replies to my queries.

Would agree with comments above of them taking the forum offline due to too many complaints on there.

All small cashback items were paid, but got declined for jewellery purchased, cashback value of £15, plus didnt get £45 for signing up to sky. Will be moving to TOPCASHBACK.COM now.

Have used cashback twice 3weeks ago, still no sign of it appearing on my account (virgin hols and accor hotels) used twice again yesterday, will see how long these take to appear. As I am new to using, I'm not having much luck!

I used them for two biggies in August of this year. One (for £95) never appeared and I put a claim in which is still being looked into, and the other for £54 has been extended.

Have a feeling I'll never see the money.

I have been paid a lot of cashback from cbk... some with minor probs most without but ultimately they have been okay for me so far.. (18 months of use)
