ebay help please

I have just sold something on ebay and sent invoice about half an hour later they asked for another and i sent one and forgot to look where it was going (greece) can anyone please tell me if i can send him a invoice for p&p he has just paid for the item and now i am not sure what to do

Did you just have UK postage on your listing?

If so you can legitimately increase the postage to Greece. Get an accurate cost from RM or Seajays.

You'll need to refund your buyer's payment using the refund link on the item details in Paypal and then reinvoice them with correct postage costs. (Don't click re-calculate when you're doing this).

Keep in contact with your buyer to let them know what you're doing - they probably know the postage cost will be higher as they asked for an invoice.

Just explain that you made a mistake on the original invoice as you didn't realise they were in Greece.

If you don't want overseas buyers you need to set your seller preferences to exclude them (otherwise anyone can bid) If you are going to sell overseas put your postage prices in your listing. That stops debates after the fact. RM only have 3 prices domestic, europe and the rest of the world
