Parliament Hinges for UPVC doors.

I think I'm looking for something that doesn't exist but I thought I'd ask anyway.
We have a UPVC conservatory with a pair of outward opening doors. The doors open to about 100 degrees at which point their progress is stopped by the window sill and wall.
Ideally I need a pair of parliament hinges that are 25mm proud (giving and extra 50mm clearance once opened). This would allow both doors to open completely back against the wall clearing the sill.
Any suggestions?
Cutting the sill is not an option as I'd still need a small amount of clearance for the wall.
Something like this...but specifically for UPVC doors....

Might be a silly question, but why do you need parliament hinges specifically designed for only PVC doors? (Yes, I know what parliament hinges are).0

You can't use regular hinges designed for solid timber doors due to the design of the UPVC frame, they have their own type hinges that bolt into metal reinforcements inside the plastic.
A regular hinge wouldn't get a solid fixing and would interfere with the closing of the doors due to the overlapped design of UPVC.0 -
I have been asked this question many times in my 28 years in the uPVC window game, and the short and sweet answer is - there is no such product for the uPVC market.
The best I have been able to come up with is a high-pin hinge which gives a distance of 45mm from outer face of hinge to outer face of door sash when open 180 degrees
