Hi all,
My goals for last week:
1. Have 3 no spend days - FAILED, managed 2
2. Do at least 3 exercise sessions this week.- FAILED, managed 2
3. Food budget, £10 (should be ok as I have 2 free work meals this week and no OH staying round!)- Achieved, spent £8.50
4. Spend no more than £40 on an outfit for a wedding on Saturday (saved for).- Achieved, borrowed dress and spent £20 on shoes.
This week:
1. Sort out May/ June budget (payday Thursday).
2. Food budget £10.
3. Decorate bathroom (have slowly been buying items to do this over past 6 months, have it all now so can get it all finished).
4. Get things ready for camping trip this weekend (and pray it doesn't rain anymore!)Saving for an early retirement!0 -
1. Two no spend days - yes
2. Spend slightly more time on the computer, at least to get the essentials done and keep up with helpful things like the 'What have you spent?' thread - not really
3. Spend modestly at gig tomorrow - achieved, arrived late enough to get cheap parking, didn't buy any food or drinks
4. Book car in for check on blowing exhaust - no
5. Restock to feed vegetarian friend after feeding him five times in two and a half days without adequate warning - done
6. Order present for my brother - not done
7. Limit coffee - more or less got this back to the pattern but had a few extras
I'm actually taking the step of not making goals for this week. I'm struggling at the moment to keep things together and without having a general routine I haven't got energy or control. So I suppose my single and overlying goal is to settle things back to what would normally be below the conscious thought radar.Do I Need One Stops All Unnecessary Reckless Spending£2 CSC - £30 :kisses3:0
