Buyer says item not recieved yet feedback left

Hi
A buyer of mine is claiming she never recieved her item yet she left me feedback 2 weeks ago saying its great and she is really pleased.
How do I handle this?

Stay polite but questioning and email the buyer and ask whether she has contacted the correct seller as you note that she left you feedback previously.

We received feedback on Sunday for something the buyer bought on Saturday evening. We couldn't even post the item until yesterday

If she buys a lot she could have left feedback for the wrong item.I've done that before. If you can't prove delivery you'll have to refund0
